Nude Lipstixk, Perfect foundation, some highlighter and blush, fill in your brows with eyeshadow and a brown eyeshadow on the lid (matte) and a dark brown shadow on your lashline and lower lashline. Thin line of eyeliner, mascara and concealer.

Less is more. Avoid bold or trendy styles. No cat eyes, no wings, no bright colors, no false eyelashes. Just foundation or BB cream, concealer if needed, a soft wash of light brown eyeshadow, a little bit of charcoal or brown liner on the upper lashline, and mascara. Nude lipstick or gloss (nothing too shiny or wet looking). Skip the contouring, defined brows, bright blush, etc. You want to look polished, but natural, so that the focus is on your interview and your resume. You never know what kind of biases your interviewer may have (maybe a terrible ex used to wear cat eye liner, or maybe they consider lipstick to be high maintenance), so looking pretty bland is the safest.
Good luck!

Agree with Emily 100%. You want to look put together but your interviewer shouldn't be able to look at you and know you're wearing makeup. The only exception is if you're interviewing for a position at a makeup store/counter, when you want to give some indication you know what you're doing (as it would directly affect your ability to sell products) or for a bartender/hostess/waitress type position at a place where the aesthetic is "hot girl employees" - so for example you'd want to do more for a hooters type place, but not an upscale French cuisine spot.

If being interviewed by a man a bit of red lippy can work really well. It got me the job
Good luck

Red lipstick isn't appropriate for a job interview. You don't want anything that can be construed as seductive. You want to be hired because you ate a qualified candidate and a good fit for the company, not because someone found you attractive.
Getting a job because you wore red lipstick sounds like a very slippery slope into inappropriate conduct and sexual harassment.
