When I see it, I think it looks weird. I suggest the thin socks specially for flats. Black of course because your flat is black and it'll hide the cleavage.

I think it is perfectly fine. if it is cold, you can always wear tights. I'd never wear no-show socks with heels, let alone to an interview. Just my opinion.
Not applicable in this instance, but just a heads up... Most men dig toes...and often find any peek of well-groomed feet a plus. ;)

It's perfectly fine to have toe cleavage. Personally I think the lil socks look funny to wear with heels if it's showing. It's jus weird. Toe cleavage is normal and it should stay that way in my opinion lol

I think it's fine. I definitely wouldn't try to cover it up because than the lace or socks whatever would show and I think it looks odd and tacky. it just looks out of place to me. I wouldn't worry about it!

Honestly I can't personally wear shoes that show my toes if they're flats, not sure why I've just always thought my toes were meant to be covered in these particular shoes lol!
