Baby shampoo just put it on and with a finger massage gently and rinse and it will take it right off.

I use baby oil. Pour some on my fingers, rub gently, then rinse.

Coconut oil does the trick, if you do not have sensitivity to it! :)

Don't get an oil free makeup remover get one that has oil in it and says it removes waterproof makeup
I use the Almaty longwear and waterproof eye makeup remover pads and I just cut them in half so they last twice as long

You can get ones that contain 120 for $10. Or ones that I think contain 80 for around $7
