Returning things to ulta- help ugh.

Ugh I'm so mad. The nearest Ulta is about half an hour from my house and I have an injured back and really don't want to go back there. Does anybody know if I can return this through the mail for a new one? I'm actually pretty upset about it.

I'm not sure if you can return it but, give them a call and explain what happened and your situation and see what they say. They may need to see a receipt.
