So my lucky bag came today and I have to say, after seeing last year's bags I'm disappointed as well. I'm actually very surprised, I ordered the Bold Bag and there is literally nothing bold about it, It looks exactly like all the other bags.

These bags sucked. Whoever was in charge of putting these together should be fired. I am so disappointed that I am not sure I want to shop with Beautylish any more.

Yeah these bags are not awesomeness like I thought they would be. the bold and natural bags are so similar. I was hoping for some funky lip color and crazy shadows. I also dislike glitter so much...border line hate it. I'm kinda kicking my self in the button for ordering one. are these refundable?!

What's infuriates me the most about these is that youtubers and bloggers such as tarababyz "randomly" receive these amazing bags that "normal" customers such as ourselves were never intended to receive. Therefore, when future customers research the bags next year before purchase, they will see these "false" bags given to bloggers by Beautylish. The FTC serious needs to look into this whole gifting to youtubers/bloggers business by companies.

Comparison is the thief of joy, isn't it? I am new to Beautylish, so I was happy with my bag until I saw others who got super duper extra good stuff. Like, what?! I'm happy with what I got when I consciously ignore folks who got the extra goodies. I did wonder that those who did get extra were bloggers and youtubers who already have a lot of stuff. I'm pretty sure anyone who receives free extra stuff would put it on blast, beauty blogger/vlogger or not. Or I guess I'm just not that lucky.

I agree ladies,I was a little disappointed in recieveing my first lucky bag. Personally the one thing I appreciate is the Kevin Auicon eyeshadow duo, for the fact I wouldn't spend $42 on two eyeshadows. I'm insure if I'll order one next year. Oh well, I gave it a shot😒😩

I 'm so sorry to hear that everyone was so unhappy with their bags. I figure what I got was a surprise , and the value was more then I paid for. So I didn't lose any money. With that being said I wasn't super impressed, but I got things I wouldn't have bought. So it was a surprise!

I will reply at length tomorrow Jacqueline H and Alicia P. I will say that I am not sure the "Beautylish Team" will be happy with my reply but I think you will find it honest and open. I do think the message posted sent by Nils J reads like careless crap, as though the customers of this site are nameless faceless profit entities of corporate America.

Kelly I'm really un happy about the lucky bag to, but jackie didnt have anything to do with it, as you read on the post nils said he assumed all responsibility by saying he was thw one who organized the bags, I got the natural bag and there was glitter in it, I e-mail himto why was there glitter in my bag and he said he over ordered bold bags and decided to throw it in the bags since the bag was supposed to be over $150 anyways, its a surprise bag and we all bought at our own risk cuz after all it was a mystery bag, but I think and I have said that they did a horrible way of advertising the bags and that that was false advertising cuz thats what it was at least to me.

Wow, I was addressing Jacquelin H and Alicia because they were the internal Beautylish folks that responded and it was not meant to be an attack. I was simply trying to state that I'd respond at length tomorrow, siting specific reasons why Beautylish is changing and not for the better and how these Lucky Bags and the crap response from Nils are just a few of its issues. Don't take everything so personal.
