Lorac Pro Palettes! They're available at Ulta, not Sephora, but they're amazing! The first is warm toned, the second is cool toned, both have the top row matte and the bottom row shimmer, neutral with a few fun colors! They're perfectly pigmented and blend like a dream, I have both and I use them constantly (:

Do you like/want neutrals? I just got the Too Faced natural eyes palette. It's nuetrals and a mix of shimmer and matts. I think it was around $36.

Oh my, so many possibilities! I'm going to suggest any of the Nakes palettes because they're my favorites, BUT I'm going to agree with some of the ladies and recommend the Too Faced Chocolate Bar, I got it as a Christmas gift and I've been using it every single day, it comes with both matte and shiny colors, and it's neutral colors with a few more outgoing ones as well, AND it smells delicious(:
