So I have been confused lately. I don't know what kind of makeup routine to do. Since Christmas break I haven't been wearing makeup as often so I have gotten off track. I need some suggestions for new makeup brands/ tips/ ideas.

I start with a primer, then use BB cream from cover girl, then I powder my face with Rimmel stay matte powder, then do whatever bronzer and blush suites you! I also use Rimmel concealer

This is what I wear on a daily basis. I prime my skin (MAC Prep & Prime) and depending on how I feel I'll wear just concealer (MAC Prolong Wear) or both foundation (L'Or?al True Match) and concealer, I apply my Elf Bronzer in St. Lucia to my cheeks, I add my MAC powder foundation to my lids and apply my bronzer to the crease, for my eyebrows I use Anastacia Beverly Hills pencil or NYX Automatic Brow Pencil, do a simple winged eyeliner (NYC Liquid Eyeliner) and add mascara (Jordana), and lastly for lips I just apply a nude shade or nothing at all because my lips are naturally tinted pink. I hope this helps :)

I put primer, then concealer, then foundation (ready set gorgeous works for me especially since I have bad acne) then eye primer and light eyeshadow (I don't usually fill in my brows but if I'm feeling fancy I will) then lip balm and I'm done! Sometimes I will add blush or bronzer to top it off ( for eyeshadow I use naked3 and basics and my chocolate bar pallet)

I'm the opposite, I went makeup crazy of Christmas break because I actually time for once to do it. How about trying a fun new lipstick shade to get you back in the mood of doing makeup? Plums are all the rage now. On my wishlist is Lipstick Queen's Ice Queen which is irridescent white, which on nude lips make them sparkling and frosted and over colors makes them electric shades. Really wild. I sort of faked up a version using lip balm and irridescent loose pigment powder and wore on New Years eve. It looked really cool.
Winter can be trying for skin. Just moisturize like crazy and do the lightest most moisturizing foundation you can get away with. I love winter in some ways because all the oil problems disappear for me. I can usually just wear a BB cream and not even bother with blush because the cold air makes my cheeks plenty rosy.
