Better Than Sex Mascara?

I think I'm planning on purchasing that mascara because the pictures of it always looks so pretty, exactly like I want my lashes. In your experience is it something you'd recommend? If not are there other mascaras you were recommend?

I would recommend Tarte lights camera lashes or the Tarte smart mascara. No flaking! I use it with Urban Decay lash primer - subversion, really helps to give the fanned out look. imo.

I love my Better Than Sex mascara. The wand is a bit thick but that's my only con. It's awesome for my lower lashes, it really fans them out and volumizes them. I wear falsies but I still use the Better Than Sex mascara to plump up my lashes at my inner corner.
If I'm not wearing falsies then my all time can't-be-beat mascara is Dior Maximizer, but I still put Better Than Sex on top of that. I really love mine.

Goodness did I hate this mascara. It was flakey and clumpy and just generally bad. I found it dry and as someone who prefers the long and separated look this totally did not deliver at all. I think that the mascara you pick depends on what look you're going for with your lashes. How do you like your lashes to look?

I don't like how wet the formula is, it was easy for it to get all over my lids and bottom lashes during application. Also, they made spider like lashes, which I'm not a fan of. I much prefer the lights camera lashes from tarte!

I looked up that mascara Hannah and I love how it looks on you, but it's pretty expensive. Do you believe it's really worth almost $30?

I 100% do. It's only $5 more than the Too Faced one, and I like the effect 400X better. Of course, different things work for different people so it's entirely up to you and what you want to do :)

I really liked it at first but then when I tried using later on it came out like a huge clump like if the thing inside that the brush passes to clean off all the excess mascara was missing... It happened twice and then it went back to normal. Idk if that was only my mascara but I hated it.

It does give a lot of volume but I find the brush a bit hard to use because it's so big and it also flakes on me a lot. I prefer the Tarte Lights Camera Lashes mascara.

I've heard soo many horrible reviews on this mascara about flaking and clumping. I personally love love LOVE the Urban Decay Perversion mascara and is only $22 at sephora. LOVE it! I can get away with just a nude shadow and two swipes of mascara and I seriously look like I have a full face. It's amazing.

I like Better Than Sex Mascara but it's true it can get a bit clumpy. No doubt it gives volume to lashes but in my opinion it has nothing to do compared to my favorite one: Le Volume de Chanel. Just go to a Chanel corner and ask them to try it on you... you'll be shocked!! best mascara I've ever tried!

I've never tried it but if you want more natural looking lashes get Clinique high impact mascara. It's amazing.
