So I would wear all black with it black leggings and maybe a black beanie and for shoes all back converse or I would pick a color and match the color with the beanie and shoes: )

Maybe only wear it to her house with some jeans? With all the colors in it it would be hard to match it to anything but jeans. I would stick to black or neutral shoes.
