IM going to wear this dress for my birthday dinner and I need to know what shoes and jewelry should I wear.

Some black heels would look nice with it. Red lips and a smokey eye would look good too. Loose curls would go with it. Jewelry wouldn't really go well because it's kind of a busy dress.

Nude or golden eyeshadow with strawberry lips/baby pink lipstick and blusher. I would wear heels most colours would work with this apart from neons. Also simple brackets and dangly earrings would work.
