Hey girls,
I've recently posted about this before however it's seems to be getting worse so any help or advice would be amazing right now!
I've develop these small red itchy bumps on my face for around two weeks now and they come and go. Any exposure to heat or warmness seems to bring them on.
I know how stupid it was of me to pop one however I just wanted to see what it consisted of. Has anyone ever had something similar to this or knows any remedies to make it disappear? I've been wanting to wear makeup for quite some time now however because its only on one cheek it looks clumpy and ridiculous. :(
Thank you x

Khadija, I'd recomend going to a doctor. It could be a small cyst or stye. I get them about once a year on my lower lash line. If that is what it is an zinc oxide cream (most baby bum creams consist of it) will help. But sometimes you will need a doctor to lance them. Which isnt fun when its right beside your eye ball! Lol good luck doll.

I'm not sure if they're the same thing but my cousin had something that looked exactly like those! She went to the doctor and they told her they were popped blood vessels I think is what she said. They're no harm from them, they just leave red marks like yours. But again I'm not sure if that's what they are but they look identical to what she has.

Lol my mom said the same thing. It doesn't hurt or anything though, it's just there.

It could be something youre using, I've been getting some like those lately and I figured out it was my face wash as it only happens when I use that one wash, it also happens when I use my napoleon foundation.

I've had these happen to me (although mine seem to have nothing to do with heat, they kinda just form without a trigger) and the best thing to do is probably don't touch them or anything and see a dermatologist if possible.
Also, if heat seems to be triggering it, I'd stay away from that lol! What I do for mine (because a derm's not really an option for me) is I make sure I only use gentle products and moisturize really well, and then when they hurt/itch I'll use a cold compress. I also cheat a lil on my super gentle CeraVe routine if the itching gets really bad and use the Boscia Cool Blue Calming Mask on the area. It's honestly probably not the best thing for it, but it is the ONLY thing that can relieve the itching and burning at the times when it gets really bad. It's honestly my life saver.
So I hope this helps and that you figure out a way to stop these from occurring! Fortunately I don't get them too often, but I'm certainly no stranger to how much they suck! Good luck!

It's hard to tell by the picture, but assuming that it is hard to The touch, and is white, it may be a papule. It is commonly associated with quite a few skin disorders including eczema. Only a doctor can give you definitive diagnosis and treatment plan.

I've had them before myself. Many of the tricks for covering pimples will work. Don't cake on foundation. Using a concealer brush, apply a very small amount of liquid concealer to cover and blend with a sponge. I think you'll find it far less noticeable then you think. Most people obsess over bumps even with make up on, and almost no one notices unless you pointed out to them. It just bothers some people who know what they are looking at. It's kind a like a small dent on the bumper. I have one on my occur. I see it, because I know what to look for. No one else has ever noticed it unless I point to it.
