What would suit me makeup wise for my birthday out? Nothing fancy just the bar, but it IS my bday so I want to just amp it up a little bit. And my bangs are too short to swoop them to the side like I used to, and I think my hair looks kind of helmet head now. What can you do to short bangs!?

For makeup maybe a neutral eye with a fun pop of color or a fun lip color (: for your bangs maybe you can try using a big curling wand to curl them just to give them a bit of shape.
