Is the Loreal Lumi Foundation good?

I've tried it before but it was so long ago I don't remember. I'm looking for a new foundation with good coverage and not too dewy, and something that looks natural if I choose a tanner color. My friend keeps recommending the Lumi, what do you think? And would I probably need a translucent powder? (I currently use Sonia Kashuk radiating tinted moisturizer)

This is a very nice foundation!

It provides an excellent dewy finish and is great for dry skin. Good range in color choice and is medium coverage in my opinion. It is not runny either and the bottle lasts a long time. I recommend this product especially considering the price.

Personally for me this is a foundation I sometimes like and I sometimes hate, for me this is very dewy looking and I've got dry skin. Also the coverage is pretty sheer though you could work it up if you wanted to :) it's super blendable.
