Looks really nice but remember that requires bleach and bleach is horrible for hair, buy a good shampoo, conditioner and treatment before you dye your hair :)

I would say the colour is a little too light- just a bit darker would suit you or you might look washed out. If you want to cut your hair shorter be sure you want to do it because it you like styling longer hair then don't cut it. If you just want a change without much length off I would get layers put in or if you already have them (which I think you do) get them find shorter and have short, choppy layers around your face and longer ones near the bottom... Hope that helped doll:)
