I think I mentioned before in a thread huge fan of glossing and sheer sprays! And also make sure you use a heat protectant if you don't already!

My hair gets dry after straightening, heat protectant or not. I use a hair oil on the ends of my hair (: you could also try some glossy spray for hair!

By the looks of it, your hair is dry period. Whether you straighten it or not it's dried out. I would get the ends trimmed up, and do a few deep conditioning masques, and hair oils. When you do use a masque, put it on towel dry hair and then wrap it up in plastic. Then take your hair dryer and on a low heat settig blast your head for a couple minutes. Then keep it in for however long, I usually go for at least and hour, rinse it out really well will luke warm water, then towel dry it gently, too much rubbing will cause your ends to frizz up. Use a bit of hair oil (like Argon or Moroccan oil) on your ends. Then spritz with a heat protectant and blow dry, or let air dry. Then when you flat iron your hair, never do it on wet hair, your shaft is too stretchy and fragile while wet, unless you have a specific wet or steam flat iron. Spritz heat protectant along your strands, comb through, iron it, and you should be good!! ☺️☺️ good luck dear "none of your business" tehehe.

I use an oil by Davines before I straighten. Also, what kind of straightener are you using? If it's got metal plates, ditch it. Try using ceramic or tourmaline instead. And make sure the heat isn't too high, as well.
