It looks like the kind of acne I have too. We must be in the minority, because I almost never see other people with this kind of acne. They are really stubborn and awful, I feel your pain :/ What's been working for me lately is Dermadoctor Ain't Misbehavin, you can get it at ulta. It's not a cure-all, but it's the best treatment I've tried, and I've tried them ALL.
