Maybe you should try to use a more natural remover such as coconut oil. Regular removers often contain harsh ingredients that irritate sensitive skin and eyes(:

For removing eye makeup, get a makeup remover specifically for the eye are. The skin around your eyes is the most sensitive and are easily irritated. Products specifically for this area will prevent irritation :)
