Easy remedies for back/shoulder acne.

I have a trackmeet in 3 days and I have to wear a razor-back singlet to run in and I'm very self conscious about the acne on my back. Does anyone have an easy quick remedy to make this go away? Thank you!😊

The only way that I found helped quick was adding sea salt to my baths (andreaschoice has a video on this), and using my face wash as a body wash. I find body washes so harsh, and face washes are much kinder on acne.
