How to get rid of white heads?

I've cured most of my acne issues aside from the persistent white heads around my chin. Feels like there's hundreds there and I don't know what causes them or how to treat them.

Jenna have you tried exfoliation? It helps minimize the whiteheads. A couple times a week is all you need.
