Do you wear primer?? or an eyeshadow base? they're arent necessary but they really help you get your eyeshadow to stay on longer and to make your colors stand out a bit more. use a fluffy blending shadow brush sort of fade your two colors
what I do is start from the lightest shade on my crease, then a medium toneat the bottom of it and then get my darkest at the end. after that I use my blending brush and dab a bit of my lightest shade and go over it to blend out the colors. I hope this helps. good luck!
by the way, nice lipstick

Ooooh, thank you so much, Sandra! I tried watching YouTube videos but they didn't help enough lol. I'll have to keep practicing for sure. (:
@Lauren, it's Nyx matte soft lip cream in Prague. Thank you! (:

I did the lid first, then the crease, then the browbone. Blended a little while doing them and then blended after I finished the browbone. I used the lighter shade to blend it altogether as well. Thank you, Gabriela!

Use a primer first, then set the primer (it makes everything easier to blend). I always start off with a transition shade in the crease to make everything look more blended. Then add the lid color and build up the color is the crease/outer v. It doesn't look bad at all though! And as the ladies said practice! Don't give up you'll get there (:

I use the same technique as gabriela but the lipstick looks great. What products did you use on your eyes?

Than you, Jocelyne! Yes, I love it, although I have product left on them from yesterday haha, I know, that's a no no, but I passed out without taking it off.
Maria, I used a cheap LA colors palette. Sorry, I should've listed the products!

I always lay down like a nothing shade from just above my crease then my crease shade hen my lid and I mix my eyeshadows like craaaaaaaaazy so I get them looking how I want. I use a clean brush and I go in windshield motions. It's just practice practice practice, you'll find it one day! I mean all of my looks we're never blended until I got the right brushes for my skin!

I like to suggest to always just lay bold colors on the lid it self first then later work your way up in layers. If you use just bold on the lid for a few days you find which colors work for you and you get the hang of first base, then learn to fade it at the crease but don't use any extra color yet just fade the lid color learn fading motions first then move up by adding the crease color and so on.

Thank you, Alma! I'll probably do this around the house haha. Kids are brutally honest, so I'm sure Cameron will tell me which colors don't look good.

My friend had a problem that she had really dry eyelids and her eyes felt better after putting a bit of coconut oil on them before sleeping. I like your choice of colour. I would just try to make the colour more pigmented and maybe add a very super thin cat eye liner. Great job btw what lipstick are you wearing!!
Mar 14, 2015
Shanae J.
If it was more pigmented, it would be a lot prettier but I wouldn't be able to wear it out haha. I'm not confident enough yet, but you have to start somewhere, right! I haven't gotten liner down yet either. I'm working on it but I don't really wear it anymore either. Thank you! It's nyx matte cream in Prague!
