Has anyone tried these lashes? Which are your favorite and what lash glue do you use with them? Also has anyone ever had problems ordering from them or receiving them? It's been two weeks and have not received my order was wondering if their costumer service are sympathetic with these issues? Thank you.

I ordered 4 pairs: Noir Fairy, Iconic, Siren, and Pixie Luxe. I got them in like a week I believe. But I'll be honest I just couldn't put them on... I have no problem with Ardell and MAC lashes but the band on these are super thick. Make sure to bend them so they will be easier to put on. Also when I tried to clean a pair just like I do with my other pairs (I soak them in Parian Spirit) they ripped in half!! :( I mean I can still use them but they are not very easy to put on.. But the lashes themselves are just beautiful. And the company is secure :)

I ordered Bambi and the individual lashes themselves are incredibly straight, they have no curve so they don't blend with my lashes, its ridiculous. I've been scared to purchase from them since.

Love love them!! They can be a bit tricky to apply but I'll link a video on how to. And as for cleaning them, soaking them in anything will ruin basically any lashes. Try a q-tip w/ makeup remover and run it along the root and band of the lashes. (: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=MIk3edDr-Es.

Oh, and when it says let it dry for 30-45 mins, it's really 30-45 seconds! XD.

Well I've done it with my MAC and Ardell lashes and they are perfectly fine and like new. So I don't know but that was my personal experience with them...

Okay so I tried it for the first time yesterday after frustrations and omg's I finally did it lol! I used duo glue and I waited like 20 seconds and ended up having glue all over my lid lol!! So I waited longer and I did it. These are pretty stiff but it looked gorgeous once I had it on.
Ms L. I just read that soaking them will ruin it so I just rubbed a little coconut oil to clean the mascara off and the glue off then soap to clean and it cleaned great. Thanks all.

Yeah probably house of lashes are more fragile. Cuz they worked fine with other lashes. But now I know not to soak those lashes. :$
