In need of some new hair products!

Hey all! Sooooo I love my hair, but I live in Florida and the heat makes my wonderful 'do fall flat within minutes. Anybody have any recommendations for volumizing or texturizing products they swear by? I'm looking to keep it under 15 dollars for each product, but under 10 is ideal.
