So frustrated! Ulta points disappeared.

So soome person went into my local ulta, and reedeemed all most all of my ulta points. I had been saving them up so I could get the most out of my free bonus, so I had been almost up to the 2000 point needed to get the full 125 discount. I'm super frustrated.
Has this happened to any of you girls? if so, what did you do? I have already emailed the company, and plan on calling the local store in the morning, but it is quite frustrating!

So far nothing I only dicovered it at about 12 :40 pm here, so it was pretty late. I'm going to call again in the morning, and probably go into the actual store.

Do you know when they were taken? Maybe the ulta store where they were redeemed can try to match the time up to the time a credit card was swiped— if they used a credit card. And hopefully that'll reveal who took them. It's a stretch but that's the best I can think of. Good luck.

According to the website, as long as you've maintained your platinum status, they haven't expired. Otherwise, they will expire after the end of the quarter once a year of the points earned has passed. Sorry that this happened, good luck.  /:

Yeah, they didn't expire. I am platinum, so I checked the point history and someone redeemed them at my local ulta store, but they used the ulta points for the entire balance of their purchase. :( thanks girls. I'll call corporate as soon as I'm up and going for the day.

They must have either had my phone number, or got into my online account somehow and reprinted my card out. my ulta card is still in my wallet.

Update! I called ulta's customer service. and they replaced my points for me. :) so thankfully,it all worked out just fine.

Yes, it can easily happen to anyone. Our individual member account number is posted on the catalog mailers that ULTA sends out every month. All someone has to do is just snag that mailer, cut out the $3.50 off coupon that is usually posted in the back or sometimes the front of the mailer. The cashiers don't even ask for I.D. to see if they are actually dealing with the right person and that is how your saved ULTA $$$ get used. To avoid that happening again or to anyone else...just opt out from receiving the mailers.
