My skin is super sensitive as well. Most topical creams or gels irritate my skin, making it bright red. For spots I use tea tree oil or witch hazel if I'm out of the other. If you use pure tea tree oil, be sure to dilute it with water. Have you tried any prescription creams? When my acne was bad in high school, I used EpiDuo

I recommend the ole henriksen truth collagen serum it's a vitamin C serum that will fade blemishes over time, it's not harsh at all & absorbs very well even for my oily skin. I've only been using it for about 2 weeks or so & I'm seeing a difference I'm not saying they're completely gone but not when you dab concealer on them you can't see them at all, & before I used this you could, they have it at sephora.

Are they red spots, flat or raised, and about how large? Are they sore? And if you've ever tried to pop them does anything come out? It would also be helpful to know your current skincare routine!
