My eyes do this weird puffy but sunk in look and I hate it because its reall obvious. is there anything I can besides wearing loads of eye makeup to distract from it.

I can see the swelling. Have you been eating lots of salt lately? Are you drinking enough water? Are you getting adequate sleep? Have you been crying at all? Do you have seasonal allergies?

You can try a warm or cold compress to reduce the swelling, but I wouldn't take any medication until you know what's causing it. Drink more water too, can't hurt.
