I've heard it's bad to always have your hair tied in the one place and at night I always put my hair in a high pony because other wise it gets really notty if I leave it down.
How do you guys sleep with your hair that doesn't ruin it or make it notty

I put my hair in a high pony or bun every night. I don't want to deal with all that hair in my face when I'm trying to sleep lol. My hair doesn't get all knotty, but I also don't have to worry about ruining it cause I wash my hair in the mornings anyways.

I sleep with it in a low ponytail, because I hate having it in my face. Probably not the best for my hair, but I just can't leave it loose. My hair is too straight and smooth to stay in a braid, unfortunately.

If it's constantly up and tight, it can cause hair loss at the hair line as you are causing extreme strain on it from being constantly pulled back
