I've been using an Olay apricot scrub or something like that and it has been drying my face out really bad, and I know if you're face gets too dry it produces more oil than before.. what is a good cleanser for me to try?

I would try the Cetaphil Genta cleanser. if your using a scrub everyday I can imagine that alone would dry your skin out because it never gets a chance to recover.

I agree with the cetaphil. Or anything that's like soap-free and/or sulfate-free. Those will cleanse without stripping the natural oils on the face.
You shouldn't be exfoliating everyday on your face especially if you use it twice a day. Can cause the dryness and if can also be the actual ingredients that dry the skin out too

I only wash it while I'm in the shower so once a day but it gets extremely dry and when I put my moisturizer on it still feels dry.

Yeah the scrub may be too much for your skin to handle on a daily basis. Use a cleanser in the morning and at night, and only use a scrub 1-2 times a week (adjust this number with time). I know that cetaphil cleanser is supposed to be good but I also like Cerave foaming cleanser.

I have pretty oily skin myself and I jus recently bought the Indie Lee Brightening Cleanser and I love it. Its natural and it leaves my skin soft and refreshed. I actually started noticing my face was less oily, but everyone is different.

I ask my clients to stay away from harsh facial cleansers. Double cleansing method work well on oily skin. First massage your face using a cleansing oil which cleans up the oil clogged pores and then follow using a foam cleanser. Also since you have oily skin I suggest you look for plant based cleansing oils instead of mineral oils. I’d recommend using a water soluble cleanser like the IASO Black Ghassoul Cleansing oil (http://go-iaso.com/products/iaso-ghassoul-black-cleansing-oil) which I recommend to most of my clients. It is one of the better organic cleansing oils I have used.
