Coastal Scents has a blush palette that ranges around $10. My favorites are from Tarte and Urban Decay but have been meaning to check out some Milani blushes since lots of people rave about them. 😊

A really cheap one is the NYC cheek glow blushes. I have "park avenue" I believe that's the name but it's light but can't see it much but it makes you look awake and so pretty!

Maybelline Bouncy Blush is really good. Creamy texture that lasts all day (not kidding) and can be sheer and built it due its great pigmentation. The range of colors is good :)

Milani baked blushes are amazing and I also like Wet n' Wild. Although those you have to be careful with. They are so pigmented you only need a small amount!

If you like a hint of shimmer, loreal visible lift blushes are GORGEOUS. Sonia kashuk blushes are beautiful too (matte and shimmer blushes), though they are very pigmented so you only need a small amount.

I'm all about Tarte, but since you are new to blush and on a budget, I recommend the NYX cream blushes. They are lovely and so inexpensive with a nice color range.

I haven't, but I've been into matte shadows with shimmery cheeks as of late. I was on a no buy, but after consulting with Ms. Jacqueline decided to break it for a few items I have never tried. I'm going to be sure to check those out though. Stocking stuffer suggestions perhaps..Hmmmm ; )

Physician formula has good blush and bronzer. They might be a tad on the more expensive side ($12 if you live in the You.S. ) but they are good quality, build-able,and they are good sized. Also, costal scents is pretty good too. It isn't my favorite because they are super powdery and feel dusty. But they are highly pigmented. you can get a whole palette of colors for a good price.
