I'm placing an order today on Sephora since they're doing the 3x points this week, but I was just wondering what you guys are absolutely loving right now? I'm basically open to anything except for contouring products because I already have a palette. Anything else though, just shout it out :) I'm fair skinned with cool undertones if that makes a difference, but I love all types of colors for lips, eyes, and all.
One thing I'm curious about if any of you have seen swatches or tested it out or anything is the Anastasia world traveler eyeshadow palette (I think that's the name). So any opinions on that would be great as I've never had a palette from that brand.

Hey Taylor, of course I'm totally obsessed with the Metal Crush shadows, I think you should definitely check them out and get at least one :) I'd also really really recommend the new Urban Decay Matte Revolution Lipsticks, I have the shade Temper which is a gorgeous brown-red shade that looks super 90s to me. I've only had one experience with the Anastasia palettes, and mine was horrible so I'm not sure if that would be helpful to you. Is anything else looking particularly interesting to you?

The Nars Audacious Lipsticks are absolutely fabulous. I also just purchased the Kat Von D Monarch Palette and I'm loving it. I don't own it, but the Kat Von D Chrysalis Palette is on sale and that's what I was planning on picking up during this promotion...if it's as great quality as the Monarch then you won't be disappointed. Some other things I've been loving recently are the Stila Liquid Lipsticks. I just tried these for the first time recently (I have Bella and Fiery) and I absolutely adore them. The Kat Von D Liquid Lipsticks are awesome as well. The new MUFE Ultra HD Foundation has super pale shades and is absolutely amazing on my dehydrated combination skin. And ok last thing, I've never been an Urban Decay Naked Palette series kind of girl. My sister owns all of them and none of them have really appealed to me. That being said, she just got the new Naked Smokey and I'm actually thinking about picking it up for myself. It swatches incredibly pigmented and all the shades are very smooth and buttery. This new palette might have converted me to hop on the Naked Palette bandwagon...so that's something to look into as well. Hope this helps!

Thanks girls! Hannah I was actually wondering about those new UD lipsticks so I'll definitely check them out again:) and of course the metal crush! I can't believe I forgot about them already. And yeah I was hesitant about the palette because I searched the last palette they put out in store and it was terrible quality, so I better just wait this one out. Hmmm things that are really getting my attention right now are darker lipsticks, I've got a couple in my basket right now actually but definitely open to suggestions!
Thanks Jamie! I actually have 2 of the audacious lipsticks in my bag and that will be my first ever of those so I'm excited :) and dang really, I was so close to getting the smokey palette but backed out. So you think it's definitely worth getting? I do love darker colors and its looks beautiful.

Taylor - Honestly yeah I think it would be a good addition to anyone's collection. My sister has it, so I'll probably steal hers for a while until she screams at me to get my own, but I'm definitely interested in it more than any other palette at the moment. I think Urban Decay did a good job with this one, and they fixed the crappy packaging that was on the 2nd and 3rd one which is always a plus. :)

I second the beauty blender! It works really well when you dampen it, too. The Becca concealer and illuminater that goes under it works really well, especially when set properly. The too faced primed and pore less setting powder is great, very light and fine for doing this. The Clinique chubby stick cream contour, blush, and highlight are wonderful especially as a basis to set your contouring powders and blushes on top of. I recommend the NARS albatross powder. I use it for everything. Highlight, eyeshadow, even mixed with lipsticks..its kind of like the MAC vanilla pigment- you can use it for everything. I also like the NARS lip pencils. All of them are great-damned is my favorite color. I recently got the Marc Jacobs mascara in blaquer and I love it for volumizing lashes. The benefit roller lash mascara is great for separation and length. I like to use a combination. The Bobbi brown cream eyeshadow long wear sticks are fantastic. They last all day and then some and are super precise when applying them. Hope this helps!
