Do they hurt like crazy? If so, it might be cystic acne.

No, they are painless

Long time no see Bridgette!! It could just be diet/hormonal. I remember your skin being clear not that long ago. I'm in the same boat but I know what caused my outbreak. Wait to see what your dermo says before going out and buying a bunch of products based on our opinions...which could only make matters worse. In the meantime I would cease using any cleansers or moisturizers that contain active ingredients and stick with super basic skincare for now.

Hmm I have these as well, they take a while to get rid, stick to your usual skin routine and they'll start to go away.

Sounds like cystic acne to me but I agree with Shelley ^^^^. cetaphil is a gentle cleanser that helped me when I had that though if you want to give it a try

This is great!, You know many skin problems occur because of the food you eat! Many of us just simply do not want to accept this to be the reason why we have wrinkled skin or acne or so on. The healthier you eat the healthier your skin a body will be and the happier you will feel! http://www.thehealthywoman.net.

I get that & sometimes it's just inflammation & will clear up quickly if I'm gentle with it & use a gentle chemical exfoliant.
