I have an interview at ulta on Thursday and unsure what to wear or how to do my makeup! I know to wear all black, but not really sure how to make an all black outfit stand out? Also how to do my makeup to look professional but also not look "basic"

Because you have green eyes, I would say to do your eyemakeup something like on the picture. It will really look good with the black outfit, still looks professional but not basic and makes you eye colour to stand out! I love this look, it's so fun. :) I would wear black blazer and black skinny jeans. That looks professional but still good!

No jeans, no trainers. I'd say black tapered dress trousers, black ballet pumps and a black blouse. Just out of interest, why all black?

Okay, we don't have Ulta in the UK :( I just threw this together on Polyvore, this is what I would wear as it's smart and professional. Makeup-wise, don't attempt anything new. If you have never contoured before, now is not the time to do it. Play on your strengths! A good bet for hair is always a sleek ponytail or bun.
