Black flats. Either curl your hair or put it in a bun. Obviously be polite and prepared. Be confident. NOT COCKY. You should do fine. Good luck hun💖

I'd say straight hair with a part down the middle very neat, or a neat bun. For shoes a solid coloured flat always closed toe. Best of luck to you! I also have an interview with a local insurance company tomorrow!

Would my hair down be okay? Like a "beachy wave" look? Or should I definitely pull it back?

Awesome tips I've gotten: No matter what be as well groomed and professional looking as possible. Study the company, find out what they value, company goals and accomplishments and bring it up because it shows you are interested in the company, not just a job. Smile until it hurts. Be honest. plan answers for any possible questions. Be confident. Ask questions at the end but never mention salary or vacation.

Those shoes are great so long as they've told you to dress business casual. Also your hair would look fine with beachy waves but to me knowing you said it's a food establishment I would consider a neat bun but only if your going to be handling food.

The beachy waves will look good as well! :) and I would paint the nails nude, just to give it a more professional look. Be nice and smile! :) good luck x

It depends a bit on what position you'll hold. Hostesses are the face of the company, and have slightly more leeway (ie:hair down). If you're looking to waitress, I would go with clean and simple I think a sleek ponytail at the nape of your neck or a bun would do nicely. I have always believed that there's no harm in overdressing. You want the employer to see you as a dependable employee to get hired, so looking "cute" may have to take a back seat here. No open-toe shoes. Clean and professional. And for the love, please make sure your fingernails are short-ish and clean. Best of luck to you!!

Wow thank you all! I just got back from it, I wore my hair in beachy waves with the front pieces pulled back!
