Anything simple, yet classy would look nice! low bun, half up - half down, messy bun with your sides left out, framing your face. good luck!

For interviews you need to have your hair pulled back and sleeked back. Professional ponytail. That's the rule of thumb for all interviews.

I agree with Stephanie, Shreya's suggestions are really nice for everyday but for an interview, sleek, pulled back hair is simple but professional.

On the job is one thing, but for interviews a sleek ponytail is really the standard and anything else is taking a risk that really doesn't need to be taken.

@Stephanie, I was just referring to jobs that aren't as prim and slick. Like waitressing. I went to my interview in jeans, a casual blouse, boots, and my hair down in messy waves from the day before. I got the job on the spot. So it's not really about taking a risk, it's more of fitting your look to the atmosphere of the job position. That's all I was saying

^ And about how you present yourself. Of course you don't want to appear to be a slob with no motivation or work ethic, but you don't want to over dress yourself either. That's just from my experience
