Soft line Eyeliner help?!?!

I've never been too good at doing eyeliner. Any tips on how to get a good "soft line"?

My best guess would be a crayon liner and a smudge brush!

If you just smudge it out with a taupe shadow or even just a Q-Tip you can get the soft line effect

If you find it hard to use pencil liner or liquid liner, like me,
I use pen liner instead. You can also use pencil liner but heat the tip first before use it. Then again, I find pencil liner troublesome.

Try using an angle brush and eyeshadow instead of eyeliner. That's what I do and my eyeliner is soft line style.

I actually used black shadow and an angled liner today like Stephanie mentioned above it came out like the soft liner pictured

I use a kohl pencil and smudge it out with a concealer brush.
