Diana is absolutely right. However, the size of your pores cannot be reduced by applying products in your skin. I have gigantic pores on each side of my nose (I guess I must blame it on my genes) and to reduce their appearance I use a Clinique primer. I believe it is silicon based.

If we could see you natural skin - not retouched we could give better suggestions :) for scars I recommend a vitamin c serum paired with a chemical exfoliant like a BHA or AHA - which will also help to deep clean your pores which will reduce their appearance - you can also mask the look of large pores with silicon based makeup products - which will fill in the pores to help cover them easier.
