First of all..love the dress. Sally and most drugstores have Adell lashes. Red Cherry is excellent and my local beauty store has them. I like Duo lash glue.
As for styling the dress, this is all about accessories. I'd add a shrug, a great cardi or short, form fitting jacket...maybe something with a thin, faux leather collar (H & M and Forever 21 are great for this) and some shine with patent leather or leather heels or flats. Depending on the fit and if you opt for a jacket, I'd match my belt to my shoes...add a little sparkle with jewelry and you are good to go.

(faux suede would be hella cute as well.) I love cardis that are fitted and have embroidery on the front of the shoulders...skulls, roses, etc.) They are so great! Depending on weather, you may need black tights.
