Okay, so I live in a really small town and the closest mall doesn't have a huge variety of stores. I am wondering what are your favorite stores for shopping for girly clothes? I am a huge girly girl. I love to wear skirts, dresses, crop tops, high waisted shorts, lace shorts, and just anything that can be dressed up. I am planning on doing some shopping online so please include (if you know) if they tend to run small/normal/large, do they have a good return policy, quality of clothes, etc. I am also only 14 so I don't have $100 to spend on a shirt or a simple pair of jeans.

Forever 21 is where I online shop for clothes
It's a good website that makes shopping easy
I've never returned anything because I only buy sale items (you can't return sale items)
But they have good sales very often, like last week I got 2 cute skirts and 2 shirts for $35
I think the quality is pretty good, some people say it's cheap clothes but I don't really think so, and I wear a lot of forever 21 and I always get compliments on my clothes
As for sizing, I'm 5'2 and athletic built with big thighs and butt and I order a medium if I want it form fitting and large if I want it looser, if that helps you any
I'm pretty sure there's a size chart though so you can just take your measurements and go from there
