Use colors already in your costume. I suggest a smokey eye with a cat eye eyeliner. Do a thin line of either bright red or sparkly gold eyeliner (or eyeshadow as a substitute) above your black eyeliner. Make your eyeliner wing sharp but thick. Depending on skintone and hair color, use an eyebrow pencil or eyeshadow and darken your eyebrows for a more intense looks. Wear a black, deep red, or blood red lipstick.

I like Rozberry's idea! I also think some gold sparkly shadow or eyeliner would be cool too.
