Hey everyone,
I am really struggling with finding sandals that will help with my posture and won't make me get injured so much anymore.. I don't wear high sandals or shoes because I am scared I might break my ankle. Does anyone have any idea what kind of sandals can help with my posture and gives my feet a good hold?

If you have a Walking Company store near you, they would be your best bet. I won't lie, their shoes are pretty pricey. But they are made for all sorts of physical ailments. They will give you a "foot mapping" to see what kind of shoe will suit your needs best.

The price is allright, I've always invested in expensive shoes anyways but I don't think I have anything like that close here ;;

Your next best bet would be to go to a podiatrist. You don't necessarily have to get orthotics through them (if your insurance doesn't cover them, they're usually crazy expensive) but they can give you catalogs or recommend stores that would suit your needs. Shopping online or in catalogs for shoes is hard, but usually when it's for orthotics or support shoes they'll pay for shipping/returns if they don't fit.

Definitely see a podiatrist. If your ankles are getting injured and you're that concerned, it could be a musculoskeletal issue that needs to be addressed by a physician.

I'd definitely see a podiatrist. They'll be able to recommend shoes for you which fit well and support. You might also want to ask about ankle braces or specialist soles for your shoes.
