I think it can be. For me, it's a hobby as well as a way to just feel a little more confident when I go out. For others, it's just something for special occasions or to feel a little more pretty. And even still, for others it's a job, a way to make money or a way to express themselves. It all varies on the person :)

Personally, I don't wear a lot of makeup unless I'm going to work, or just going out, but I love when I do wear it :3

I only do a full face once a week on average and it is relaxing to take my time..I curl my hair and all that jazz. Most days it is CC cream, quick mascara and brow gel , benetint and lip color enjoy it, but I have to say, my lipstick really lifts my mood. It is something so small, but empowering. I'll run around my house vacuuming up dust bunnies in big ole' bold lips and heels..just smilin' like a fool. I'm not right in the head!
