I'm going on a cruise in about a week and need to get my nails done (acrylic) I really want a neon or bright colour but I'm thinking I would be too pale to pull it off. I like Kylie jenners bright nails. Usually I keep my nails nude but I don't know what are your thoughts on Kylie's nails?
