Impretty sure that its press on nails :) We had a lot of post about these about a year ago. You can get foil polish which give s bit of the same effect, but if you want the this shiny and reflectiv your proberbly should look into press ons :)

Good thing about stickers is they stay on sooooo much longer then regular nail polish, but on the downside they can be quite tricky to put on.
