I've never used a setting spray but I'm tempted to try one. Do you notice a difference when you wear one? I currently just use hourglass veil mineral primer and I'll set with powder but my skin tends to look oily after 6 hours and my foundation starts to separate. I have combo (more oily) and extremely sensitive skin. what setting spray do you recommend?

I definitely see a difference! I use MUFE's Mist and Fix. It gives a slightly dewy look and I find that it makes my foundation or concealer look like skin and not settle into fine lines. I also love that my skin feels like a rose petal after using it :)

Try the urban decay oil control setting Spray. It made my makeup last on my face longer throughout the day and I didn't get as oily as usual.

I use setting spray because I have super dry skin. So it gives me a little relief and keeps my skin looking more hydrated. It's not essential for makeup but it does help! I recommend MUFE as mentioned by Breeze or if you're looking more affordable elf has a good starter setting spray :)

Thank you everyone! I've heard good things about the MUFE setting spray, it's just that in the summer I am quite oily because it's super hot here and I don't want to look greasy.

The best setting spray I have used is the Victorias Secret prime and set spray. You can only order it off eBay or Amazon but it's definitely worth it.

I love MUFE, but it is indeed slightly dewy. Perhaps Kat Von D's would be a better fit.

I definitely notice a difference! I recommend either Urban Decay or, if you want a cheaper option, NYX makes a matte setting spray.
