Oh my, this is an incredibly difficult question. Is there anything in particular that you're really looking for in a palette? I'd hate to recommend you something like the Viseart Editorial Mattes (bright, rainbow shades) only to find out that you're actually in the market for a neutral shimmer palette. Would you mind giving more parameters?

Best matte palette has to be Kat Von d shade and light eye palette. I'm not too sure about shimmery shadows yet. The ones I have are just good, not the best.

I 100% agree with the KVD shade and light eye palette.
it's VERY pigmented and so buttery.
you can create any look with the colors too, which is what I love.
