I'm looking for eyeshadow palettes currently. I'm new to eyeshadow, I tend to do little with eyeshadow and I own very little. (I am 15 so I really don't wear much right now) I would like to explore eyeshadow though. I'd like some eyeshadow palettes with both neutrals that would be good for everyday but also some colors mixed in if you want to brighten it up or try something new. I'd prefer them to be less than $25 right now as eyeshadow isn't a main priority (to me) compared to foundations, blushers, or mascaras.

Since you're just starting out, I'd suggest getting some trios or quads from the drugstore. You'll get more bang for your buck, and it's a good way to figure out what colors you like/dislike. I really like the Maybelline eye studio quads. If you want a full palette, elf makes some great ones.

I agree. Until you find shades that you like, I'd stick to cheaper ones to experiment with. I also agree that Maybelline does the best ones. You could also try out their Colour Tattoos.

Seconding the Wet n Wild suggestion, I love all the shadows I have from them. They have some very colorful limited edition palettes out right now too if you want to try bold colors on the cheap

Lorac Pro palettes are my fav and they're really pigmented so it'll last you a long time. The kinds of looks you can create are endless
