So it could just be rubbing or a type of heat rash...
Try running it under cold water for a few moments and a cold press for the itching and if there's a burning sensation.
Try a chemist for antihistamine tablets that should help, but if it's still there in a few days, see a doctor lovely :)

How long have you had the anklet? I had one and it irritated my skin, but I'm allergic to lots of different metals. I can only wear "real" jewelry. If it's new, it could be an allergic reaction and I would not wear the anklet anymore. If not, I really don't know what it could be (not an expert with skin at all sorry lol) but if it doesn't go away within a week, check with a dermatologist.

Looks like heat rash. It could be caused by you not drying the skin properly after you put the brace back on.

I got a rash like that from wearing a bra too tight. It was smaller and from the strap but I had been sweating and it was rubbing against me and caused a bunch of bumps and redness. I put rash cream on it and it went away in about 3-4 days
