Looks like acne to me. If it's not temporary, maybe try a cream? I know Clean & Clear has some. I use Tazorac, a prescribed cream from my dermatologist. I wouldn't reccomend putting makeup on over it until it gets better. Hope everything turns out okay!

I agree with Melissa. Don't forget to protect by using SPF only during the day and wash it off at night. You shouldn't wash your face more than twice a day. Too much cleansing will probably cause your body to produce more oil. Starting simple is best and use a toner with salicylic acid until the acne dies down.
