OMG, my birthday is on Monday, and my Anniversary is in tires day and I have no clue on what to wear. I ordered these new shoes and depending on which day it arrives I need some outfit ideas to match. Also hair and makeup suggestions would be gladly appreciated!

I think this dress would look lovely, I'm 5ft5 and it's down to just above my knees. It's from New Look but if you don't have New Look, Topshop has something very similar.
