I'm looking for some sort of lip moisturizer, but everything I use seems to just break my lips out & make them all itchy.
I've tried Chaptick, Lip Balm, Carmex Is Ok, Any sort of Chaptick or anything just isn't working for me.
Any suggestions?

Maybe you need something a little more natural, it sounds like more of a reaction than a breakout. Have you tried any oils? It's not as convenient, since they come in bottles, but they work wonders. I personally like sweet almond oil. I seal it in with some rose salve, and it keeps my lips moist.

Yea it might just be a reaction, but where can I find these products?

I use this at night coz its a pain to get out of the jar. I have the mini one so I use a lip brush, hence, the night time by use only.

Yes, I've seen these. & regular Vaseline doesn't seem to irritate my lips as much, So, I'll try this. Thanks Marleen! (:

You're welcome. When all else fails, Vaseline to the rescue. I think their is a flavored one too, not sure. The pink has a subtle rose scent, but you can't taste it.

I get my almond oil online but you can get it at most health food stores. Some grocery stores carry it too! The rose salve I got from sephora, but if you have vaseline, just use that.

Vaseline won't add moisture to you lips, it only seals in the moisture you already have so if you want to use vaseline I would suggest you to use an oil under it to give the moisture your lips need.
I use NUXE Rêve de Miel Lip Balm - I have to be honest its expensive but honestly I have never used anything as good for my lips. It moisturise my lips, make them look way more plump and healty (even in the freezing cold scandinavian winter) and I apply it at night and my lips feel moisturized and soft all day long without reapplying!

Natural isn't always better! I've had horrible reactions to lush and burts bees. Natural ingredients can also be irritants

@Allyson Idk why, but the Eos always dried my lips out after a while. But I will try the baby lips.

@MakeUp A. I Agree, Burts Bees irritates my lips just like Chapstick.

Have you tried the organic coconut oil? I would make sure it's the type that you can use for cooking since it will be so close to your mouth..maybe castor oil? It's really thick so it shouldn't dry out your lips. I use Shea butter daily on my lips as well. It's really all about trial and error to find out what works for you but I suggest going with more natural products from now on and see how that goes.

@Jah-Jah Yes, I've tried coconut oil. Dries my lip out though. But since the Castor Oil is a little thicker, I think I might try that too. Thanks (:
