I have these tiny under the skin bumps on forehead and nose. they aren't acne or anything. they just look like rough bumps on the skin. skinoren cream isn't working on them. any idea what they are or how to get rid of them?

I've gotten those on occasion. Especially if I've consumed too much orange juice as my body isn't able to handle too much citrus products. I just ride it out and increase my water intake. None of the acne creams do anything to resolve the issue. How long have you had these?

Those tiny bumps are dead skin cells that have been trapped in your pores. They are stubborn but the only way to get rid of them is to use a light exfoliant every day, which will also help prevent them.

Quite possibly Rida. Whenever I get them it takes about two week for them to go away. And they don't leave any scarring behind (thank goodness).

Chloe, I thought over exfoliating was the reason behind them so I have put a hold on exfoliation. I was terribly busy last month and I used to exfoliate a lot because my skin looked dull AND I didn't put on sunscreen after exfoliating and went out in the sun. so I was thinking maybe that had caused it all.
Shelly, thank you! I will increase my water intake and take anti-allergies during periods. I am TTC so avoiding meds for now.

Oh and I also started using moisturizer which I usually don't..because of my oily skin my skin looks worse with moisturizer on..so maybe moisturizing caused these bumps?
